Testosterone Injections May Be Linked To Increased Risk For Cardiovascular Events In Older Men,
So if you read my other post about testosterone reducing frailty, then see this article, it makes you opt out of treatment.
reports that research indicated “men aged at least 65 years receiving testosterone injections had an increased risk for cardiovascular events, including myocardial infarction, stroke or unstable angina, within 7 days of administration.” However, “the risk was not increased in younger men.” The findings were published in Clinical Endocrinology. https://www.healio.com/endocrinology/hormone-therapy/news/in-the-journals/%7B25f37120-9443-4977-b4ab-824498ba3de9%7D/testosterone-injection-in-older-men-increases-cv-risk
