reports that a committee appointed by the Department of Health and Human Services released new guidelines urging Americans to exercise even if it is just for a few minutes at a time. The new guidelines, which were published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, replace the previous guidance from 2008 that recommended exercising for periods of at least 10 minutes.
