Jerry The High-Tech Teddy Bear Helps Kids Learn About, Manage Diabetes.
reports that a specially designed “high-tech teddy bear” called Jerry the Bear “is helping hundreds of sick kids learn to take care of themselves.” Made by a small start-up company called Sproutel, the bear helps youngsters with diabetes learn about their disease as well as manage their diet and medications.
