Researchers Examine Association Of Muscular Strength And Incidence Of T2D.
reports that even though “strength has been tied to a lower risk of type 2 diabetes [T2D],” just “moderate amounts of muscle strength, but not beyond that, were associated with a 32% reduced risk of developing” the condition, researchers concluded.
