Pre-Pregnancy Consumption Of Potatoes May Be Associated With Increased Risk Of Gestational Diabetes.
eports that new research conducted at the NIH’s Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development and Harvard University revealed that women who consume more potatoes before conceiving may be at a greater risk of developing gestational diabetes while pregnant.
