Much of the rising prevalence of insomnia among U.S. and Canadian adults may be driven by the sharp reduction in the use of hormone replacement therapy following the 2002 report from the Women’s Health Initiative
reports, “Much of the rising prevalence of insomnia among US and Canadian” women in their middle years “may be driven by the sharp reduction in the use of hormone replacement therapy [HRT] following the 2002 report from the Women’s Health Initiative [WHI],” research suggests.
