New York City Health Department Investigating Legionnaire’s Outbreak In Bronx.
reports that the New York City Department of Health is investigating an outbreak of Legionnaire’s disease, “a severe form of pneumonia,” in The Bronx, city officials announced Wednesday. Since July 10, 31 cases have been reported and two people have died from the Legionella bacteria.
