Patients Who Believe Their Diabetic Foot Ulcers Are Associated With Greater Symptoms May Die More Quickly.
“Survival of those with diabetic foot ulcers is independently affected by beliefs and expectations about their illness,” the findings of a 160-patient study published April 20 in PLOS One suggest.
