Time-Delayed Eating May Lead To Lower-Calorie Meals, Study Finds.
reports research at Carnegie Mellon University published in the journal American Marketing Association “found that when there was a significant delay between the time a person ordered their food and the time they planned on eating it, they chose lower-calorie meals.” Researchers pointed out that participants were not consciously aware of their choice to order less food.” Lead researcher and current post-doctoral student at the University of Pennsylvania Center for Health Incentives and Behavioral Economics Eric M.
