Studies Examine Role Thyroid Disease Plays In Miscarriages.

In a piece focusing on miscarriages in women with thyroid problems, Fox News (1/3) reports on its website that “women with hypothyroidism who took thyroid hormone replacement therapy and who had thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels of about 2.5mU/L in early pregnancy had an increased risk of miscarriage, according to” findings published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
