Experimental Drug Derived From Krill Oil Does Not Appear More Effective Than Placebo For Reducing Triglyceride Levels In Phase 3 Trial

reports Acasti Pharma announced that its drug CaPre, which is derived from krill oil, “failed to beat placebo by a large margin in reducing a type of fat found in blood that increases the risk of heart diseases” in a phase 3 trial.
